AI is charged at cost plus 5%. Grading photos, writing out voice notes and reading data plates use an AI service. You pay what it costs us plus 5%, as its own line on your bill.

About billing
What counts as a property?
Each active property whose cleaning is run in STR Cleaning App. A property you deactivate stops counting.
Is there a free trial?
Your first month is $1, with every feature. We ask for a card when you sign up, and if you cancel during that month you pay nothing more. After it, you pay $10 for each active property.
Do cleaners or cleaning companies pay anything?
No. Only the company that manages the properties pays. Cleaners, cleaning companies and owners use the app at no charge.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly. Your bill shows the properties and the AI line separately, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page in the app.
I'm already a DOSbnb client. What do I pay?
Half: $5 a month per property instead of $10, with every feature included. AI is charged the same way as for everyone, at cost plus 5%. Ask the DOSbnb team for your invite and they'll set up your account with your properties already connected.
I manage properties for several owners. How is that billed?
The same way: $10 for each active property. You can send each owner their own report.
