STR Cleaning App is an operations app used by DOSbnb to manage short-term rental cleaning work. It sends text-message job notifications to cleaners and vendor crews contracted by the business.
What we send
Notifications that a cleaning job has been offered or assigned to you, that a completed clean needs a fix, that a scheduled service is due, or that nobody has checked in at a property whose cleaning window has started. Each message links to the job in the app. We never send marketing or promotional texts on this service.
Consent
Workers give a mobile number when creating their STR Cleaning App account during onboarding. Providing that number is how you consent to receive job notifications by text. Vendor companies consent by providing a contact number on their vendor record.
How often
Message frequency depends on your work schedule, typically two to three messages for each job you're offered or assigned.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or ask your operations team to remove your number. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@strcleaning.app.

Your data
We store the mobile number on your worker profile and use it only to send the notifications described above. We don't sell it or share it with third parties for marketing. To have it removed, reply STOP or contact your operations team. See our privacy policy.
