These terms apply when your company uses STR Cleaning App, which is made and operated by DOSbnb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them on behalf of your company.
Accounts
- STR Cleaning App is for businesses and people aged 18 or over.
- You're responsible for the people you invite, what they do in the app, and keeping logins private.
- New company sign-ups are reviewed before the account is switched on.
Your content
Your photos, notes, checklists, messages and records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service for you and the companies you work with, including processing by AI services for the features you use.
Connected booking systems
When you connect a booking system, you allow us to read your properties and bookings from it to create and update cleaning jobs. You can ask us to disconnect it at any time.
Photos, evidence and AI
- We store photos and their details as they were recorded, so they can serve as a record of the work. We can't guarantee the outcome of any claim or dispute.
- AI grades, transcripts and suggestions can be wrong. They're there to help your team decide, not to decide for you.
Fees and billing
- $10 per active property per month ($5 for existing DOSbnb clients), plus AI usage charged at what it costs us plus 5%.
- Billed monthly by card. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before prices change.
Cancelling
You can cancel from the billing page in the app. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Before your account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your records.
Acceptable use
Don't use STR Cleaning App to break the law, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, to access other companies' information, or to interfere with the service.
Availability
We work to keep STR Cleaning App available and your records safe, and cleaners can keep working without a signal. We can't promise the service will never be interrupted.
Liability
STR Cleaning App is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings, revenue or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We'll tell account holders about significant changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply.
